Hambletonian Society Serviced Stakes Payments Due March 15

Enclosed you will find links to the payment forms for the 136 races administered by The Hambletonian Society with payments due by March 15th of 2019.

If one of the attached forms is returned to us, please check off whether or not you would like be included in future mailings of our payment forms. 

The forms are always available on our website at https://www.hambletonian.com/payment-forms.html and by calling our office and having them faxed or e-mailed to you. All the forms on the website are pdf fillable. Just type right in the form, print as many as you need and return the form with your payments.

In March, a majority of the payments for 2-Year-Olds in 2019 have their first payment due, whether that be for a stake race or early closing race. The exception to that would be the Breeders Crown and Kentuckiana Stallion Management Pace & Trot which had their first payments due on February 15th.

Also due in March for 2-Year-Olds is the Future Eligibility payment for the Breeders Crown in the year 2020. This payment of $500 keeps horses eligible to make the regular payments into the Breeders Crown as a 3-Year-Old next year. Two-Year-Olds who are sired by Breeders Crown nominated stallions and are not currently eligible to the Breeders Crown can be supplemented to the Breeders Crown in 2020 by making a payment of $1,500 this month. 

Remember, there are payment schedule changes to the following races: The Caesar’s Trotting Classic, Dan Patch, Dayton Derby Pace & Trot, Jenna’s Beach Boy and the Miami Valley Distaff Pace & Trot. Please check over the payment forms and payment schedules on the condition sheets for these races as they all have different payment schedules when compared to how they were in 2018. The condition sheets for each race can be found on the specific race page set up for that race. 

This information, while not enclosed in the packet, can be found on our website under each specified race page, as well as on the future April & May payment forms. In all cases only ONE check is ever necessary for each of the four payment periods i.e. February 15, March 15, April 15 or May 15.

To make it more convenient, eligibility lists can be emailed to those nominators who provide us their e-mail address and request these lists. Eligibility lists are always available on our website.
