The 7-5 favorite in the second Hambletonian elimination, T C I led at every call and won by a neck in a career-best clocking of 1:50.4. He trotted a 26.4 final quarter.

His victories included three legs and the Pennsylvania Sire Stakes final, the Peter Haughton Memorial final at Harrah’s Hoosier Park, his elimination and the final of the William Wellwood Memorial at Woodbine Mohawk Park, the Mohawk Million and an International Stallion Series split. He was also second in the Breeders Crown final. In addition to winning his Hambletonian elimination, T C I has also won two more rounds of the Pennsylvania Sire Stakes and his W.N. Reynolds Memorial test thus far in 2024. He was fourth in the Dr. Harry M. Zweig Memorial and third in his Stanley Dancer Memorial division.
Driver David Miller: I was planning on getting him out of there, and if (Secret Agent Man) got out of there on the right foot, or (Private Access), I would have tripped him out. But he got out of there good and (Private Access) was wanting to follow him. I tried to go as easy as I could. He felt strong and then he fought (Private Access) off at the end.
On people looking forward to the final and matchup with Karl – It’s going to be a great race. It’s going to be a great matchup and a great race as always. I’m very excited too.
