Sophomore fillies shipped into the Delaware County Fair for its annual meet, with the pacers competing in two heats of the $239,400 Jugette and the trotters racing in the $86,200 Buckette on Wednesday, Sept. 21.

Call Me Queen Be (BC-Somebeachsomewhere) went wire to wire in the first heat of the Jugette, winning by four lengths over L A Delight (BC-Bettor’s Delight) closing for second and Pure Country (BC-Somebeachsomewhere) faltering from a first over trip and finishing third. Pacing a world-record mile of 1:50.1 and paying $8.80 to win, she’s owned by Let It Ride Stables and Mr. Dana Parham, trained by Ross Croghan, and driven by Scott Zeron.
